2019 ESTATE MERLOT

 

This delightful vintage from the hot summer of 2019 comes from the original vines planted over 30 years ago on the sunny yet breezy slope just above the General, the magnificent ancient oak that holds watch over the upper section of the vineyards. The luscious fruit captures distinct hues of blackberry and cherry, with a hint of chocolate.

 

Truly a handcrafted wine from organically grown and hand harvested premium grapes. Following 12 months in French oak barrels, it is available once bottled.
